During this event, you will hear from top employers such as Google, Goodwill Industries, AtlantiCare, Ocean Casino Resort, and more as they discuss current trends and career pathways in STEM. The focus of this conference is to educate young adults, professionals, and employers on the real situation of technology sector, new research and workforce needs in AI space, cyber security and others. 

Apprenticeships give you the ability to provide on-the-job training along with classroom instruction (virtual and/or in person). Apprenticeships are NOT just for trades! Apprenticeships are available in 1,500 occupations across 170 industries with programs ranging from 12 months to 4 years. Apprenticeships are a time-tested approach to the Earn and Learn training model and development of skilled labor. In the United States, a formal system of registered apprenticeship is administered by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL).
